The quote tool

The quote tool collects gender, date of birth, self-assessed health level, tobacco status, coverage amount and desired term. This information goes to a rating engine to retrieve carrier quotes and is not retained by this site. A name, street address, phone or email is never asked for quotes. Multiple identical requests might get a cached response to avoid repeated engine calls.

Applying

Should you move ahead with an application, the information from your quote becomes the starting point for the secure application, which runs on the carriers' platform under that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, manages all applications as a California-licensed agent.

The contact form

The contact form captures your name, email, optional phone number, your preferred way to hear back, a message category and your message text. We send your email to our office and use your address to reply. This site maintains no database of prior submissions, no copies of messages, and no log of message text. A lightweight anti-bot system runs in your browser before submitting.

Measurement

Visitor activity is tracked using a lightweight, cookieless system from this domain only. No tracking cookies or stored identifiers are placed; IP addresses are partially masked before storage; referral page details are stripped away; data older than 90 days is automatically purged. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal or employs Global Privacy Control, we don't record your activity.

What we do not do

We do not purchase, share or monetize personal data. No advertising networks or marketing analytics are used here. The sole third-party script is the carrier application platform loaded only when you navigate to the application page.
